4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Respond promptly to requests for information
• Pay fees on time as agreed

5. Professional Standards

Our services are provided by licensed migration agents and qualified professionals. We maintain professional standards in accordance with:

6. Limitation of Liability

Game Legenz liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and communications. Client information is protected under Australian privacy law and professional obligations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become due
• We will provide all client documents
• Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:
